The Leadership Intern Program is recruiting current members to apply for this unique opportunity. During the 10-month program members will:
- Connect with an experienced nurse leader who will provide mentorship and guidance
- Learn about the responsibilities associated with various chapter leadership roles
- Gain specific leadership-related skills
- Grow your professional network through engagement with chapter members and leaders at Sigma activities (meetings & events)
- Prepare to join your Chapter in a leadership position
